Making A Purchase
HOW TO BOOK
Making a booking could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any courses that you wish to attend to your bookings. You will then be able to select the number of delegates you wish to book on the course. Next click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order, as well as the opportunity to enter coupon code to claim special offers and discounts.
SECURE DEBIT AND CREDIT CARD OPTION
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MAESTRO, SWITCH, SOLO, DELTA, VISA DELTA and VISA ELECTRON
All credit and debit card payments are currently transacted through our sister company Echo E-Business Management Ltd which uses a third-party secure processing provider.
We accept credit and debit card payments using ULTRA-SECURE 2048-BIT ENCRYPTION provided by a leading third-party payment processing solution.
All card transactions are fraud checked and we register internet (IP) addresses of purchasers.
BANK ACCOUNT TRANSFER OPTION
You can pay us by account transfer direct to our bank account. Payment must be received within 7-days of order, and within 14-days of the course start date, unless otherwise spedified or agreed.
On receipt of your booking, we will forward you invoice and bank account transfer details.
PAYPAL OPTION
As an alternativie, we also accept PAYPAL. Choose 'Paypal' from the options on the payment form.
If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency

PURCHASE ORDER
If your organisation uses purchase order numbers, you may wish to include this on the booking form. This will also appear on your invoice for your records.

CANCELLATION OF LIVE ONLINE COURSES, HALF-DAY, SHORT SEMINAR OR WORKSHOPS
Should you decide to cancel a seminar or worshop event, the following fees apply:
7 days or more prior to seminar or event - no charge - full refund
6 days or less prior to the seminar or event - for cancellations received on or after this date, or in the event of non-attendance, a 100% cancellation fee applies
All cancellations must be made in writing and will be acknowledged in writing. Alternatively, you may send someone else from your company for no additional charge.
CANCELLATION OF CLASSROOM COURSES
Should you decide to cancel your a 1-day or 5-day course, the following fees apply:
30 days or more prior to training - no charge
29 days - 15 days prior to training - admin fee of £99
14 days or less prior to training - for cancellations received on or after this date, or in the event of non-attendance, a 100% cancellation fee applies
All cancellations must be made in writing and will be acknowledged in writing. Alternatively, you may send someone else from your company for no additional charge.
REIMBURSEMENT
While we do not wish to cancel any of our courses, Echo E-Business reserve the right to cancel under exceptional circumstances. In the highly unlikely event of this happening, we will offer you a choice of alternative dates or a full refund. We are not responsible for any extra costs incurred as a result of a cancelled course, however we will endeavour to ensure you are provided with a fair choice of options to your satisfaction.
COURSE AND EVENT VENUES
We select training venues for quality, safety, efficiency and customer comfort. We hire these venues and their services from third party companies such as Regus, or directly at the venues. We will not be liable for any damages or costs relating to personal damage, loss, theft, failure to provide service or other, by the venue. However, it is of concern to us if our clients are not satisfied or have a complaint about a venue. We will assist you with supporting any complaints you have about the venue, to the venue facilitator.

CERTIFICATE IN ONLINE BUSINESS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following additional terms apply to the COB Certified E-Business Manager, COB Certified E-Commerce Manager and COB Certified Digital Marketing Manager programs and qualifications.
Award of the respective Certificates in Online Business (COB) is dependent on passing an exam. The pass mark is 70%. The mark is delivered is delivered to you within 1-2 weeks of the exam, and the certificate is sent to you within 3-4-weeks of the exam. The certificate and title does not expire, however you may continue to update your skills with further training and additional exams that we provide.

DELEGATE RULES
Consultants in marketing, web, e-business, e-commerce, business, or management and individuals from marketing companies, e-commerce suppliers, digital or web development agencies are strictly prohibited from attending our training programs. The qualifications that we provide may not be used for the purpose of selling, promoting or endorsing consultancy, marketing or web services to third-party organisations, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
E-BUSINESS CLINIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS
What?
The objective of our consultations is to provide expert independent advice based on experience knowledge and resources available. 1-hr sessions will be booked at your convenience for up to two of your organisation's delegates.

Confidentiality
The confidentiality of any project you discuss with us of upmost importance. We can provide a confidentiality/non-disclosure agreeement for your project or site if required.
Payment
Payment is taken prior to the consultation, either at time of booking:

6 days or less - An administration fee of 10 pounds will be taken

In the highly unlikely event of this happening, we will offer you a choice of alternative dates or a full refund. We are not responsible for any extra costs incurred as a result of a cancelled booking.
ADDITIONAL LIVE ONLINE TRAINING COURSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We provide a highly reliable and powerful online training environment using cutting-edge WebEx facilities.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone a course, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund
We have clearly placed connectivity and technical requirements on the course descriptions page, and will not be liable for any poor performance due to telecoms, speed or other from the delegates connection.
Dial-in and course login details will be emailed to you 1-hr prior to the course.
Your license is for one person connection only. If you would like mulitple attendance, greater than 5 delegates, please contact us to discuss special rates.

It is forbidden to copy any element of the course
We request all delegates to login 10 minutes before each training module
You will be required to call in via telephone and will be charged at your standard local rate by your provider.
Tax Charges
- All public courses held in the UK and Italy are Subject to 20% VAT Tax
- We are not required to be registered for VAT in Sweden or Switzerland and therefore no tax is applied
- Courses taking place outside of the EU are non-taxable
Our online bookings system automatically calculates dependent on your location.
