The COB Certified E-Business Manager qualification has attracted an international audience, with delegates from the Middle East and Europe such as the Saudi Stock Exchange, Saudi Postal Service and Croatia Airlines. Further to implementing knowledge, insights and advice from a bespoke multi-channel merchandising program developed by Echo E-Business, leading national retail chain John Lewis increased their online sales by 18.2% (from £60.6m to £393.5m). The training program which was one ingredient in the overall sales generating strategy of John Lewis, undoubtedly made a significant contribution to it's overall success.
