Echo E-Business Ltd gathers three types of information:

  • Registration data including demographic (name, job title, postal code etc) and preference information, which members provide through the registration process
  • Information about personal needs and circumstances (disability and dietry requirements), for course booking purposes only.
  • and usage information that is automatically provided by each user's browser for each page requested on our site (commonly referred to as Web site log data).

We collect information from our users at several different points on the website - this is for customer service purposes. Echo E-Business Ltd will not disclose any individual user's name, address, e-mail address or telephone number without such user's prior consent, except to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant, or where a third-party service provider or consultant is providing a service or product to you, on our behalf. The service or product may be, for example: a training course, a web site evaluation or consultancy services you have ordered.

Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (eg, their e-mail address and their street address). If provided, we may use this contact information from the registration form to send the member information about our company and occasional promotional material.
Users may, however, opt out of receiving unsolicited mailings.
